We Get Paid When You Get Paid
Unlike a monthly recurring fee, we get paid only when you get paid giving us every incentive to ensure your accounts are paid on time. We are your partner throughout the billing process. Contracts are for one full year.
And unlike other billing companies, we believe in straightforward, transparent pricing.
Rate: 6.5% of collections
Credentialing Services
The credential process involves submitting your professional educational, medical certification, or licenses. Additionally, healthcare providers are periodically required to re-credential staff by reverifying the status of current practitioners. If any of your doctors are not yet credentialed with the major payors, we act as your liaison submitting the essential documents to ensure each member of your practice is certified to provide mental health services.
Fee:
$250.00 per doctor per payor for credentialing
$150.00 per doctor per payor for recredentialing
